Last week, LEAP was announced as the winner of the Law Established Business of the Year and ranked first place in the Law category at the first ever Australian Digital Technology Awards.
The awards, produced by Momentum Media, were underpinned by industry-wide brand performance research. In addition to a written submission, the final rankings were determined by a survey that was conducted from December through to February which measured the usage, awareness, consideration, customer impact score and net promoter score for each company that entered.
Being the first legal tech provider to win our respective categories in the 2021 Awards provides confirmation to us that our commitment to innovation and to delivering new features based on user feedback truly helps practitioners better serve their own clients.
“Innovation is at the heart of everything that we do here at LEAP and so making sure that we’re providing the right solutions and the right pieces of software in the right way to help our clients is the most important thing for me. Winning the Australian Digital Technology Awards is a testament to this and makes me very proud to be able to witness how our software helps so many Australian law firms serve their own clients.”
– Donna Marie Broadley, CEO of LEAP Australia
LEAP’s recognition in the Australian Digital Technology Awards 2021 is a real testament to our ongoing growth within Australia and around the globe.
LEAP now leads the way as the world’s largest provider of legal cloud software for law firms – perhaps most notably due to our all-encompassing software design, commitment to innovation, and true-cloud capability that allows practitioners to work anywhere, at any time.
LEAP will continue to develop efficiencies that allow our users to increase their productivity. LEAP invests more than $20 million a year in research and development to ensure that we are at the forefront of innovation and that we are providing the best in practice management software to our clients.
Recent innovations including the addition of Zoom, FaceTime, and Microsoft Teams integrations were created to ensure that LEAP users were able to overcome communication challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic that forced many of us to adapt to working remotely for most of 2020.
Setting LEAP apart are the efficiencies that our software affords our clients and their businesses. Unlike many other software providers, LEAP allows its users to use one system to manage all aspects of their practice.
From document management, to legal accounting, billing and even client relationship management – LEAP gives legal practitioners the tools they need to not only increase their productivity and revenue, but better serve their own clients.
LEAP’s success in the first ever Australian Digital Technology Awards can also be attributed to the true-cloud capability of our practice management solution – empowering modern practitioners to work from anywhere, at any time.
As a cloud-based system, practitioners can access LEAP on both desktop and mobile – with all their data synced in real time. This capability has allowed LEAP users to work from home throughout the ongoing pandemic and prior to that, while commuting, meeting with clients and even at court.
