Interview

What did you do prior to joining LEAP?

Prior to joining LEAP I worked in law and was the NSW Manager for a national law firm.

What is your current role and what are your main responsibilities?

I've recently taken on the role of Director of Product and Partnerships. I look after the AU Partner Network and building the NZ network ready for LEAP's arrival in New Zealand.

What roles have you held whilst working at LEAP?

I started as an Implementations Consultant (back when we were on client/server), followed by Independent LEAP Consultant, Client Success Manager, GM at Infinitylaw, Strategic Partnerships Manager, and now Director of Product and Partnerships.

How did you transition into each role?

I've been lucky in that I've discussed roles with my managers and have been given these opportunities. I've had a wonderful mentor who helped me grow.

What are your key skills that have helped you advance your career with LEAP?

For me, I think it has been working with clients and building good relationships with them. I've really enjoyed working with LEAP firms and have met some great people. I've always got a kick out of being onsite with a firm and feeling like you really made a difference for them.

Are there any career milestones or accomplishments that you would like to share?

I had the opportunity to do some installations and training for LEAP in USA. I loved it!

What has been your favourite part about working with LEAP?

Definitely the people and culture are the best part about working for LEAP, but also the belief in the wonderful product we have. It is the best and I'm proud to be part of it.

How does LEAP encourage career growth and progression?

LEAP is very encouraging with career growth. I've seen many people start out on help desk and move their way up to senior positions. It's the best way as it cultivates staff with a full understanding of the business.

What advice would you give other new starters wanting to advance their career at LEAP?

Be adaptable and never stop learning. LEAP is an innovator and change is constant!
