whatever the reason for making payment is, LEAP RapidPay™ makes
it easy, accurate and safe.
An additional exciting feature is that LEAP RapidPay also provides a completely safe and secure way
for you to look after Controlled Money. This area has caused difficulties for many small practitioners over the years but this
new system allows you to minimise risks and provide clients with a great service.
Good cash flow and getting paid quickly are essential requirements for any business and particularly so for small firms with
limited working capital.
LEAP RapidPay™ provides an online banking option that makes it extremely convenient and easy for your clients to pay money
to you, and at the same time can reduce or even eliminate the need for you to handle money in your premises. Your clients can
pay by credit card (via Phone or Internet), BPAY or at Australia Post. This module is suitable for every type of practice.
Also, good bookkeepers are increasingly rare and can be costly for small firms to employ. LEAP consistently works to develop
ways for small law firms to save on overheads. When clients make payments using LEAP RapidPay™ the funds are automatically
allocated to the correct invoice and the client ledger is updated - all without any bookkeeper involvement.

LEAP RapidPay™ provides an electronic link between your installation of LEAP Accounting and Macquarie Bank. You can be
up and running within a day of having your account activated and, depending on the LEAP RapidPay™ option you choose, you
will be able to:-

Receive payments via BPAY, online credit card and PostBill Pay using specially prepared invoices;

Automatically reconcile
your office, trust and controlled money accounts;

Order Bank Cheques and arrange for them to be delivered by DX, express post
or normal mail;

Open new controlled money accounts and pre-populate the regulatory controlled money forms;

Request anticipated trust deposits
using a unique “Request Trust deposit” feature and receive trust deposits
electronically.
There are three LEAP RapidPay™ banking options. You already have all the software you need in LEAP Accounting, and once
the banking arrangements are in place, the software needs to be activated and your staff trained.
RapidPay Start
This entry level option gives you the ability to generate invoices from LEAP Accounting with
bar-coded invoices so that clients
can pay you online using BPAY or a Credit Card, or by going to their nearest Australia Post.
You don’t need to change your current banking relationships at all. A separate “clearing account” is
established with Macquarie, and all deposits are paid into that account. You will then complete regular transfers to your current
bank account.
This
option is ideal if you want to add more options and convenience to the way your clients pay you.
RapidPay Standard
What does Standard do over and above Start?
If you choose this option you will need to move your office and trust bank accounts
to Macquarie. You will enjoy all the efficiencies and time savings provided by this state of the art software solution.
This option
is ideal if you want to improve cash flow and minimise routine bookkeeping work.
RapidPay Premium
What does Premium do over and above Start & Standard?
This option also requires you to move your office and trust bank accounts
and provides the added convenience of the most advanced Controlled Money management system available for law firms. Traditionally
an area of high risk, this advanced software will minimise your risks and ensure that you comply with the provisions of the Legal
Profession regulation.
This option is ideal if you want the above benefits and also have Controlled Money accounts and you want
to operate them efficiently and safely.
