Web Collaborator allows LEAP users to provide their clients with access to defined matter information and associated documents via the Internet.
The client benefits from quicker and immediate access to information, with the ability to down load data if required, and the firm benefits by providing a facility to improve client service and lower costs. Clients can also send instructions and notes, print and download data, filter and sort as required and schedule reports to be delivered on a periodical basis.

The software is fully integrated with LEAP. Publishing data is as simple as adding the web user to the matter – the system automatically notifies the user with the URL and logon details.
Clients can send instructions and notes via the utility. These are seamlessly loaded into LEAP documents, with the practitioner involved automatically notified by email.
Information can be printed or downloaded as Word, Excel, XML etc.
Reports on matter status and updates can be scheduled to be delivered on a periodical basis.
