Kelly Clifford
National Services Manager 
Kelly has worked with LEAP for 8 years, starting as a Documents Consultant and after 4 years she moved into the National Consulting Manager role. Recently she was appointed to National Services Manager, where she is the manager of LEAP’s Australian National HelpDesk Team, which includes two Team Leaders and a team of Product Knowledge Consultants and Technical Consultants.
“As a long time employee at LEAP, I have a lot of knowledge to share. Working with the National HelpDesk team gives me the opportunity to pass this knowledge on to new employees. My main goal in this role is to ensure that our clients are receiving quality answers from our staff, this is why I am always looking at new ways to improve our processes to achieve these results for our clients.”
