Standard LEAP Support does not include support for site specific customisations which
are supported by the Consulting team at standard hourly charge rates.
While rostered help desk staff will always attempt to resolve a call dealing with a customisation,
by their very nature most customisations will require the expertise of a specific staff member.
In these instances the ability to respond is dependent on the availability of the staff member.
