Managing Small Law Firms

LEAP Documents Customisations

Some firms have special needs. These may be developed on a commercial basis subject to:

  • Appropriateness

  • Capability

  • Availability of resources

  • Scheduling

Standard LEAP Support does not include support for site specific customisations which are supported by the Consulting team at standard hourly charge rates.

 

While rostered help desk staff will always attempt to resolve a call dealing with a customisation, by their very nature most customisations will require the expertise of a specific staff member.
