Data from LEAP Documents can be customized and displayed in virtually any format. Common
web design tools such as Dreamweaver can also be used, allowing web pages to be formatted
by web designers rather than programmers. This means that your own web designers can make
changes without the need for help from LEAP. Alternatively, LEAP can design pages for you.
Being able to select which information you publish and what remains private is of great
significance. LEAP Documents allows you to easily choose the documents you would like to
display to clients by simply right clicking on the relevant document to publish it on the
web. A distinct colourful icon will be displayed on the left of the document to indicate
which documents are shown via the web.
Matter information is shown in real time, allowing your key clients to be better informed
about the matter. This includes critical dates, comments, agenda items, documents and emails.
Your client can also enter in comments about the file and an automatic email will be sent
to the person responsible in the firm.
